Column voltage regulator(TEDGZ)

  

Description:

First, the main purposes:
     TESGZ / TEDGZ series of flat carbon-based contact and roller-type regulator, mainly for adjustable AC power supply supporting the printing and dyeing, chemical fiber machinery, or other adjustable electrical power transmission equipment in place, such as the back pressure regulator connected in the rectifier can give adjustable DC power supply for DC motor speed control purposes.
Second, the use conditions:
     1, the installation location: not more than 1000 meters above sea level.
     2, ambient temperature: a 5 ℃ - 40 ℃ 10
     3, relative humidity: maximum temperature of 40 ℃ for the convenience of users, the relative humidity of not more than 50%, at low temperature below 20 ℃ Relative humidity less than 90%.
Third, structural characteristics:
     1, three-phase auto-style
     2, core structure: Three-phase column
     3, the coil structure: the coil is divided into public systems group and series, series winding for the input winding, installed in the inner layer, as the regulator of public winding windings, installed in the outer layer.
     4, the output voltage regulation by a servo motor, brush rollers driven by the speed change mechanism group, along the outer surface of the coil, the next slide, for voltage regulation.
     5, the regulator side of the configuration of the L × 19-131 travel switch on, under the one, as the regulator body to the limit protection. If TYDZ-type configuration in the voltage regulator at the top of the order of the controller, driven by the speed change mechanism, within the configuration 7 sets L × W5-11G2 trip switch for the upper and lower limit position and the process, the user free to choose.
